Rental Administration Services
Administrative support for landlords, real estate investors, and self-managing property owners who need help staying organized without hiring a full property management company.
Texas Boutique Business works alongside the rental platforms, property portals, accounting systems, and administrative tools you already use. We help organize applications, documents, tenant communications, lease paperwork, and rental accounting records while you remain in complete control of your property.

What We Do
Texas Boutique Business provides administrative rental support for landlords, real estate investors, and self-managing property owners. We help organize applications, documents, tenant communications, lease administration, and accounting records while the property owner remains in complete control.
We do not replace your rental platform or property management software. We help you use and manage the administrative work surrounding it.
An Administrative Olive BranchAdministrative Support Without Full Property Management
Managing rental property involves more than collecting rent. Property owners must also organize applications, follow up on missing documents, prepare lease packets, maintain tenant files, track renewals, communicate with applicants, and keep rental income and expense records organized.
Texas Boutique Business serves as an administrative olive branch for property owners who need help managing these responsibilities.
We can work through the Texas Boutique Business client portal or support the rental software and systems you already use.
You remain the decision-maker and maintain full control of your property.
Administrative Support Only
Texas Boutique Business does not provide property management services. We do not:
- ✕ Collect rent
- ✕ Hold tenant funds
- ✕ Transfer tenant funds
- ✕ Manage security deposits

- ✕ Negotiate lease terms
- ✕ Coordinate property maintenance
- ✕ Perform property inspections
- ✕ Act as a licensed property manager
- ✕ Act as a real estate broker
- ✕ Provide legal advice
All rental payments and financial transactions remain directly between the property owner and the tenant. The property owner is responsible for all final application, screening, leasing, pricing, legal, and property-management decisions.
